Charging with the important task of training military personnel,it is the trend for the military academies to master new educational technologies and to establish a new concept of teaching model. The use of modern IT design for development of online learning resources is effective measure to promote the integration of information technology,curriculum and the teaching reform,and to improve the quality of teaching. Learning resource design and development is not only necessary to follow the general laws of the resource building in the network,but also is necessary to consider the characteristics and application requirements of the military academies. Walking educational technology article has an extremely important role in the rational design and development of military academies network.The paper focuses on the question of how to design and develop online learning resources for the military academies.Firstly, the analysis of Chinese military academies and the current network status are presented and the urgency of the construction of online learning resources is pointed out.Secondly, on the basis of the network learning resource design and development,combined with the characteristics of the military academies,the resources for the military academies construction method is proposed,that is the design and development of learning resources based on collaborative learning method of network. Finally,the process of practice has tested the feasibility of the theory. Practice has proved that collaborative learning is suitable for military academies and online learning resource design and development model.
