The Improving Study On Public Service And Social Utilities In Zhongshan City

Along with more than twenty years' marketing reform, the economy of China achieves a great continuous development. But because of social development behind with economic development, social conflict, social problem, even social crisis factor is increasing. For the harmonious development of society and economy, supplying a uniform public goods and public service is becoming a more and more impending mission.This essay combines correlative theories of public economics, distinguishes the definition, traits and functions of public service and social utilities, analyses the factors which influence supply and demand of public service and social utilities, introduces two routes of improving public service and social utilities, in order to construct the public service and social utilities theory system. In the base of it, improvement of public service and social utilities in Zhongshan city is being used as an example to study, emphasize analyses the targets, principles, routes and corresponding researches of improving each department and have a great learning meaning for improving pubic service of local government.
