As an important force to maintain a steady society, police need to carry on kinds of special actions, organize safety security etc. besides daily works. At the same time, they also need to manage varies of social emergency public affairs, so how heavy stress they are carrying we can figure it out. Staff of 110 Emergency Communication Center is a special colony of police. Because of the differences between the staff of 110 Emergency Communication Center and the normal police, the causes and the levels of the work-related stress between them should be different. Staff of 110 Emergency Communication Center is the research object in this study. After got back the questionnaire which was designed for them, disposed and analyzed the data from the questionnaire. The meaning to do that was to figure out the level of work-related stress and the levels and relationships of job burnout and turnover intention cause by it. Finally, gave out the suggestions for the administrator and the staff themselves.In this study, analyzed the distributing characteristics of ages,marriage statuses,education levels,serving years,titles,overtime amounts and salaries, validated the relationships and levels among work-related stress source,work devotion,perceptual stress,burnout,social support and turnover intention, then analyzed ulteriorly the effect between the characteristic parameters. The author used SPSS13.0 to analyze the data from the questionnaires. After used Descriptive Statistics Analysis,One—Way ANOVA,Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis to treat with the data, came out this conclusion:The scores of three dimensionalities of burnout haven't exceeded the midpoint, but the parameters—exhaustion and Lack of Personal Accomplishment were close to the midpoint. Role faintness has positive effect on exhaustion and cynicism, besides working load has negative effect on this two parameters. The three parameters of burnout have significant effect on the turnover intention of the staff. Relationships of each parameter of social support and turnover intention haven't reach the significant level in correlation analysis, but the outcome of regression analysis shows that boss support has a significant negative effect on turnover intention.The conclusion from this study has referenced value on understanding the work-related stress of staff in 110 Emergency Communication Center. And the suggestion to the administrators and staff has a guiding meaning to them.
