With the further deepening of reform and opening up and expand,created a good opportunity to the development of highway in our country,building or rebuilding the grade highways.By the end of 2014,the territory of the yunnan 230397.83 km highway is the national statistics on.New Year’s day started in 2012,as a result of domestic all payments by the government of yunnan province secondary road no longer charge,lead to many in highway transportation of freight vehicles off to secondary roads,the secondary exercise to the rising number of vehicles on the road,in the province and most of the freight vehicles belongs to the overweight vehicles,serious beyond its capacity,bridge and highway damage due to exceed the design load,and make the provincial trunk highway maintenance production pressure increasing.Maintenance and production pressure borne by the highway maintenance personnel,they bear the highway roadbed and accessory works of maintenance and maintenance.They work in the field for a long time,unhealthy diet,no irregular work and rest time,arrive early,busy families;Work labor intensity big,long time;Often contact more harmful substances,such as asphalt,sand dust.On the academic research,the domestic focus on the study of the theory of the highway maintenance worker working pressure is less,therefore,highway maintenance industry as an important part of the group,stress research is extremely important to the community.Based on the region of highway maintenance worker as the research object,using the single factor analysis,descriptive analysis,regression analysis and correlation analysis method,to the pu highway bureau worker of work stress,stress response and an analysis is made of the main causes of these pressures.This paper includes five parts,the introduction and four chapters.The first part of the introduction,mainly introduced the research background,significance,methods and research status at home and abroad.The first chapter mainly expounds the related definition and theory,including working pressure,stress response and pressure source,etc.,and also introduces the highway maintenance related theory and the influence factors of highway maintenance workers work pressure.The second chapter of the research object and methods are introduced in detail,including about sample,sample data and analysis of the questionnaire reliability and validity.The third chapter mainly analysis the sample data,specific with single factor analysis,descriptive analysis,multiple regression analysis and correlation analysis,etc.Chapter iv as the research conclusion and policy Suggestions,according to the result of the third chapter analyzed the summary,and put forward countermeasures and Suggestions according to the results of the study,at the same time,according to the analysis of the deficiency in the process of the paper points out the future research.From empirical study reveals: 1,pu ’er the highways agency worker to medium to heavy work pressure.2,using the correlation analysis can draw,work stress and work pressure source of 11 dimensions have significant positive correlation between 3,single factor analysis,the author will social demographic factors(gender,age,education,jobs,jobs,working time,this unit have immediate relatives)respectively in the reaction with work stress,work pressure and work pressure source launches the single factor analysis,finally it is concluded that,all the independent variables and work stress and work pressure source did not reach statistical significance.And work stress response only in degree,have significant correlation to work on time.The rest of the social demographic factors did not reach statistical significance.Using the construction of model 1,2 and 3,a multivariate regression analysis of the work pressure was carried out,and finally the social population factors in model 1 were not able to predict the stress of work.In model 2,the work load and the role ambiguity can be significantly positive for predicting job pressure,and the gender is significantly negative to predict the working pressure.In model 3,working load,role ambiguity,physiological response can be significantly positive predictive work pressure.An empirical analysis based on the above results,from the following four aspects: put forward countermeasures for stress management and stress management advice,to help maintenance worker is slow,reduce and eliminate the pressure of work,make highway maintenance worker were devoted to the highway maintenance,quantity and highway maintenance task,to provide quality services for the public.First,set the appraisal target and reduce the workload;Second,perfect the responsibility mechanism of each position,avoid the role ambiguity;Third,raise the salary pay,widen the title to the promotion space;Balance the conflict between work and family.
