The Analysis Of The Bottleneck As Well As The Pattern Choosing Of Current Philanthrhpy Development In China

In 2004, the Communist Party of China 16th session of Central Committee fourth plenary session passed "the decision of Central Committee of the CCP about strengthening the Party ruling ability construction ".explicitly proposed "establishing the social security system which involves the social insurance, the society rescued, the social welfare linked up with philanthropy " to be the necessity to construct harmonious society. In 2005 ,the National Bureau of Civil Administration and the Chinese Charity firstly hold "The Chinese charitable congress" .The subject is " hand in hand with charity, altogether create the harmony" Because of that,how to fully display philanthropy function obtained great attention in constructing the socialism harmonious society . The research of philanthropy development in our country also was imperative.This paper is going to analyze the reason why dose philanthropy developes so slowly in our country,and to point out the barrier of affecting its development and discover this enterprise's development bottleneck.Meanwhile,I want to propose some useful suggestions to solve these problems through different philanthropy developing pattern analysis and to give some good suggestions to the choice of our country's philanthropy development.
