The People's Intermediation System Studies

People's mediate system , as a kind of mediate system , together with court mediate and administrative mediate makes a completed mediate system . In this system , people's mediate system plays an important role with Chinese character . People's mediate system has a long Chinese traditional history . It dates from the western Zhou dynasty , and the dynasties of Qin, Han, Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing till the Republic of China and New Democracy Time . It has a great power with the progress of revolution , and it has developed rapidly . people's mediate system slowly developed through the Anti-Japanese War and the Liberation War. After the foundation of the PRC , the system was considered to be more important than before . By the middle of 1990s , this system had a higher position . It played a very important role in building up socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization and making up a more harmonious society .The ancient theory of mediate system developed from the Confucian culture and Taoism culture . It was considered to be a sign of a peaceful society . However, in the modern times , ADR is the theory basis of modern mediate system . In western countries like America , ADR is becoming more and more important and it has been frequently used in reality . But in China, people's mediate system has tended to be weakened .The number of mediate cases has dropped . The major reason is that with the development of market economy and the foundation of people's mediate system committee , some unreasonable elements have weakened it. On the other hand , some mediate members could not get along well with the new situation . Therefore , people's mediate system met with a lot of pressure . Society development ,legal improvement have put more expectation on people's mediate system .Therefore , Bettering and developing people's mediate system has become more and more necessary . Faced with the serious situation , judicial organs and the local governments should do some research on this system . In this article , I'll give a detailed explanation of the system and according to the changes of it, and the demanding of a legal country , and demand of international judicial organs . I put forward some suggestions and give detailed explanations.
