The Research On The Exploration And The Enlightenment Of The Party People Mediate Work On The New Democratic Revolution Time

The Communist Party of China, combining Marxism, China's revolutionary practice, and traditional Chinese culture together, creatively invented the People's Mediation System in the exploration into the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is not only a political and legal system with Chinese characteristics created by the Communist Party of China to resolve civil disputes in mass organization, but also a dispute settlement mechanism endemic to our country which are commended by Western scholars as "Oriental experience". People's mediation, as a major form of disputes resolution in basic organization, came into being since the birth of the Communist Party of China. It is important in the resolution of contradictions among people, the maintenance of social order and the mobilization of revolutionary enthusiasm, especially during the period of New Democracy when it emerged, developed, extended itself from locally to nationally and grow gradually into a system.Consequently the study and research of CCP's exploration into people's mediation during the period of New Democracy is of both theoretically and practically significance. This paper only focuses on the CCP's exploration into people's mediation during New Democratic period, with an aim to approach the problem of people's mediation from the perspective of reason and conditions, course and content, experience and enlightenment.This paper has three parts:The first part is about the inevitability of the CCP's exploration into people's mediation, analyzing the reality of substantial contradictions and disputes among people in the revolutionary army, the internal advantage and time-honoured tradition of mediation in our country.The second part is about the course and main content of the CCP's exploration into people's mediation in the periods of the Great Revolution, the agrarian revolution, the anti-Japanese war and the liberation war.The third part is about the enlightenment of the CCP's exploration into people's mediation in the aspect of the adherence to the basic principles of Marxism, to the Party's leadership, to the mass line and to the overall situation.The research of the CCP's exploration into people's mediation during the period of New Democracy is of both theoretically and practically significance in our correct understanding of people's mediation, proper resolution of the contradictions among people, in-depth comprehension of the "harmonious society" and the inheritance and promotion of the essence of Chinese traditional culture.
