| In 2005, the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee put forward a great strategic goal of building of a new socialist countryside. In 2006, Central Committee "No. 1 Document" "The CPC Central Committee and State Council on promoting the construction of a new socialist countryside views ", has made plans on certain questions of the building of a new socialist countryside. The farmer is the main body of the building of the new rural. The urgent need to build a new socialist countryside is to train the new peasants who have the intelligent, understand the technology and have the ability to manage. But the height of the new peasant's qualities of the ideological and moral education and the scientific cultural has directly decided the level of the farmer overall quality and the success or failure of the new rural construction. Therefore, the strengthening of ideological and moral education in rural areas to the success of building new socialist rural areas is of great significance.At present our country countryside economic basis has had the tremendous change, but this doesn't meet with some parts of the superstructure yet, especially the ideological and moral standards in the rural areas. But the content, the way and the method of thought, moral and education in our countryside have been very difficult to adapt the request of time development, and is very difficult to meet the need of the socialism new rural reconstruction, that needs to strengthen the innovation of the new countryside thought moral education. This article mainly launches the elaboration about the related question to strengthen the innovation of the ideological and moral education in the socialism new rural reconstruction. This article attempts to propose the countermeasures of the innovation about the content, the idea, the method and the means in the ideological and moral education and the aspects of external environment and institutional mechanisms .It constructs the model of the ideological and moral education in the new countryside and advances the socialism new rural reconstruction smoothly to carry on. The paper includes three parts. The first part discusses the importance to construct the socialism new countryside in China's modernization process as well as the main content of the new rural reconstruction, and has pointed out the request of the ideological and moral education to construct the socialism new countryside , thus elaborates the important position of the ideological and moral education in the socialism new rural reconstruction. The second part has made the simple historical review to the ideological and moral education of our rural work, has carried on the summary, has pointed out the problems that exist in the ideological and moral education into practice, has analyzed the present stage in China's rural areas ,and the challenge and the question which faces, has pointed out the importance to strengthen the innovation of the ideological and moral education in the countryside ,and has provided the factual basis for the innovation of the ideological and moral education in the new rural areas. The third part specifically elaborates how to strengthen the innovation of the ideological and moral education in the socialism new rural reconstruction. It has made simple combing to the main content of our China's ideological and moral education in the last few years, and proposed the new methods of the contents in the ideological and moral education. Then facing the problems of rural ideological and moral education practice, this paper discusses the innovation on forms, methods, concepts and other aspects .Then the ideological and moral education of the external environment has also put forward innovative measures. Finally, this article tries to explore a long-term guarantee for the smooth progress of the ideological and moral education system, and proposes some innovation countermeasures in such areas.This paper persists the research methods of the historical materialism and the dialectical materialism, on the ideological and moral education that meets the needs of the times and the development of innovative content, with the reality in rural areas. |
