Strengthening ideological moral education for the minor relates to the Hope Project of our country and nationality, and to the popular feelings project of every family's interest. Especially the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China held the symposium on ideological moral education for the minor in 2004. From then on the specialists throughout China carry on this problem and gain rich achievements. However, the target of study mainly focuses on the city's minor and less on the countryside's minor. At present, there are about 0.367 billion minor who are under the age of 18 in our country and over two thirds of them are countryside's minor. So the specialists must regard strengthening ideological moral education for the minor as an important problem to study in order to provide the important theory reference for strengthening and improve it.This paper consists of three parts and the importance of the paper is the third part.The first part is the important meaning of studying strengthening ideological moral education for the countryside's minor. It expounds the importance of strengthening ideological moral education for the countryside's minor from building well-off society, solving the problem on peasant, agriculture and countryside, and comprehensively developing the minor.The second part is the present condition of ideological moral education for the countryside's minor. This part mainly researches and studies the whole condition and existing problem of the ideological moral education for the countryside's minor. It first approves the whole condition of the ideological moral education for the countryside's minor is healthy, active and vigorous. And it points out the problem of the ideological moral education for the countryside's minor which urgently to solve. At the same time it foreshadows the way to deal with the situation for strengthening ideological moral education for the countryside's minor.The third part is the countermeasure of strengthening ideological moral education for the countryside's minor. This part is on the basis of developing the general regular of ideological moral education for the countryside's minor and combines the actual condition of ideological moral education for the countryside's minor. And it puts foreword the aimed ways to solve the problems from five aspects such as the family, school, society and so on.
