The Chinese trade union has been very important and playing a very significant role in china's various historical stages.Chinese trade union has its own characteristics. It strengthens with the growning of Communist Party of China, and it is closely linked with the Party's causes. When the CPC got victory on New Democratic Revolution and undertook Socialist Revolution and construction, the union played an important role and exercised a great influence. The CPC became strong step by step, exercised the union; while the union raised its own influence and prestige and gave an enormous impetus for the great causes of the Party. And the main founders and leaders of the CPC not only paid attention to the labor causes of the union, but also threw themselves to the specific union and labor causes.
