The decision about strengthen the construction of the spiritual civilization made by CPC hold that"the formation, consolidation, and development of socialistic morality not only depend on education, but also depend on legal system."Therefore, we may rise a part of ethic, moral principle and moral custom to be the law. Standardize and systematize morality by legal constraint and national will. This article firstly analyzed that the enhancement of morality construction has an important function on harmonious society, and it's the cultural basis of harmonious society. Then the article elaborated the present situation of morality, analyzed the reason of Anomic. This article summarized the exploration and experience of morality legislation at all times and in all over the world, which could enhance moral construction and then enumerated some statute sticking up for morality. Finally, the article put forward to transform some moral standard, moral principle and moral custom into law, and enhance morality construction by legal method.
