On Harmonious Society From The Legal View

Law is indispensable for the harmony of any society. The modern society must be ruled by law. There is great practical and theoretical value to investigate the meaning of harmonious society and to shed light on the legal request of harmonious society from the aspect of rule of law .The thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter illustrates the harmonious society that we want to instruct is the kind of society which full of democracy,rule of law,justice,sincerity,powerful,harmonious and so on.The second part mainly expounded the connection between harmonious society and rule of law and they are relative. Law is the product of chasing harmonious society and rule of law is the immanent demand of constructing harmonious society.The third part has pointed that rule of law is the sill of constructing harmonious society from two aspects. The constructing of harmonious society could not leave without the protection of human rights.The fourth part has put forward the four conditions for constructing harmonious society: (a) Pushing rule of law on. There will not harmony without democracy. (b) Cultivating people's modern law awareness. (c)Constructing harmonious government. (d)Make the justice of our society come true.
