| Legal aid system, especially the criminal legal aid system originated in the west,but because of its unique value orientation of people-oriented and more and moreattention in our country, is an indispensable part of the building a harmonious socialistsociety in our country one of the judicial system. At present, because our country hasjust set up the socialist legal system, the law between the overall synergy hassomewhat immature, criminal legal aid is also on not so well. There exist variousproblems need us to explore. From criminal legal aid and the relationship between theharmonious society, this paper shows the problems with the present criminal legal aid,and then put forward the solutions to these problems is to develop a special legal aid,legal aid and strengthen the main body construction, further broadening the channelsfor legal aid fees collection, etc. In this way can we make it better serve theconstruction of a harmonious socialist society. |
