A Study On The Information Literacy Of Troops Political Cadres Under The Conditions Of Information Warfare

Stepping into the information age, modern war is also informationalized. Under this occasion, all of the political cadres need not only equip themselves wth traditional quality, but also high-degree of information knowledge.Under the guidance of classical Marxism, the author here uses the general idea of the subjects of Military Politics, Informatics, Study of Propagation, Pedagogy, Politics, Military Strategics and so on to define information quality of political cadres of informational war, and then analyses the states and reasons of informationalization in PLA. And at the same time, the author analyses the characteristics of political cadres, and he mainly focuses on the strategies in cultivation of the quality of information.
