The Study Of Cadet's Information Literacy

Under information battlefield environment, the information literacy of the military's will influence the outcome of a War directly. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the military's information literacy.The author of this paper in his research has adopted several methods: questionnaire investigation, literature analysis, interview,mathematical statistic and so on.What are the key elements of cadet's information literacy? What's the present situation of cadet's information literacy? How to cultivate cadet's information literacy according education?All of these are realistic problems which military educators need to solve.This paper focuses on the above questions and fulfils the following tasks:Firstly, the author proposed new ideas that five elements integral of the cadet's Information Literacy, and pointed out that the special needs of cadet's information literacy.Secondly, the author made the formulation of scientific and standardized survey tool for information literacy, and form a stable survey tool experiencing project analysis, structural analysis, reliability, validity of the test etc.Thirdly, a survey tool are used for large-scale military academy cadets information literacy survey, in order to find cadets Information literacy status quo.Fourthly, it's proposed a new training plan about the integration of Information Literacy Education of military academy and information technology curriculum. Bring forward a corresponding training plan from the aspect of information literacy.
