The Research Of Informal Institutions In Governmental Organizations

Institutions, which include formal and informal ones, are a series of rules of constraint behavior for social members. Although the formal institutions have always become the focus of government, we have to admit that the informal institutions, as a part of whole institutions, have played essential roles in governmental organizations.The author has used theories of formal and informal institutions in the theories of institutional economics and governmental organizations to give a guide, and the informal institutions in the governmental organizations of nanning and gongcheng has been investigated . The author has investigated 126 officers in the governments by the questionnaires and interview to explore the present conditions of informal institutions in the governments. The main purpose of article is to guarantee the effective move of the governmental organization of our country, by showing the importance of informal institutions and offering methods of changing the informal institutions reasonably.First of all, the author has explored the operating influences of the informal institutions on the whole governmental organizations. The purpose is to explain how the informal institutions act in the governmental organizations by the theories.Second, the author has selected the informal institutions as an object of study .For the further analysis and explanations of their current status and problems, the author has afforded much information about literature and research result of the informal institutions in nanning and gongcheng. Except that, the goal mode and its contents of the change role of the government have also been put forwarded in social transformation in China. We must need a series of the informal institutions relevant to the goal mode . Finally, the author has given some advices on the reasonable change of current informal institutions.
