The Influence Study On Cyberspace Public Opinion To Government Behavior

As an important part of the overall public opinion, Cyberspace public opinion has become a force that can not be ignored gradually shows its irreplaceable role in society. Network spread way has become an important public platform for Chinese public opinion, public affairs discussing, and economic social and political life participating, also for supervision. Recent years particularly, all levels leadership and central government have attached high importance to the Cyberspace public opinion, the government has also set up the technical institutes collecting and reaching Internet opinion and information. A series of events related to Cyberspace public opinion recently shows that, it has great impact to our Chinese government administration way, this impact directly reflected in the behavior change.First section of the discourse starts from the Internet media and consensus.
