The Research On Development Route Of Association In China

The Chinese association is growing quickly against a background of global"association revolution"that is on the upswing ,the Chinese society also gradually divides into three realms called politics ,economy and society ,the organization structure of society took place deep variety .Various association also develops an aggressive function in the reform of economy and politics which guided by the government , they have become an outside organic support accelerating the transform of the government function .moreover , they become a social platform pushing forward democracy progress to set up the network management and turn into a decompression machine which maintenance stability and alleviate society contradiction .However in the social transformation period ,our country's association organizations has some limitations when they are growing . Such as lack of funds ,dearth of talents ,capability shortage ,independence weak and social approbation is not high etc,these factors have slowed our country's association organization in there normal development .Because of the particularity of our country's association development in the origin . And the particularity of the submerged traditional idea and of the change of the social environment , so in the investigation of our country's association developmental path , we can't simulate the west . We can't limit the association development to the vein of the development in the western society . We have to combine it with our national conditions .The thesis is mainly divided into five parts for study : the first part is an introduction , it is a synopsis of the total research in the home and abroad . Also it is a explanation of the significance for the writer's selecting subject , the main problem and measure in research . The second part is a theoretical part , it explains the content of the association ,the relationship with related semantic meaning and relevant theories . In the third part the writer reviewed the history of the association development since the founding of china and explained the aggressive influence in transitional period in china . The fourth part explained the limitations of the development of our country's association . In the fifth part the writer discussed the relevant counter—measure and thinking about the normal route and prepared route of our country's association development .Through research ,it is considered in the article that the choice of route of our county's association development is not subjective and isolated ,nevertheless , it is adapted to the adjustment of the relations between the nation and society and between the party and civic society . Nowadays ,the route that our country's association organization develop mainly from up to bottom while allowing from bottom to up as supplement .The route is a special choice to the particular history condition of our country . From a long—term point of view , these two roads will all head for a kind of direction—autonomy . This process is sure to step to step , it will be bound to have some transformation along with the development of the special history condition of the nation . In the reform process guided by the government , the government should fight for actively and advance actively the process to realization . In this article , proceeded from the two relationships: between the government and association, between the party and association , which are not only independent each other but also correlate with each other . The writer put forward the appropriate counter plan under the prepared route .In the view of the relationship of government and the association , it is considered in this article that the government should continue to turn system reform deeply , changing the unfavorable management method that the government administer the association and process the relationship between the"from top to bottom"and"from bottom to top"correctly .The writer argued that the government should supervise the association appropriately and establish the equal and cooperative conviction between the government and association , sticking to the legal equal for the government and association , guiding the association to convey benefit and integrate benefit effectively .In the view of the relationship of the party and the association , the writer believe that the Chinese Communist Party should blend with the society on her own initiative , ramming her own lawful foundation continuously and realizing the effective convert from"party manage"to"party administer". Through strengthening the party building , innovating the ruling method of the party , constructing proper leading system of party building ,we can enhance the effectiveness of the association's party building .
