Research On Terrorism Crime Of Central Asia Under The Frame Of Shanghai Cooperation Organization

The terrorism crime have been a global difficult problem, specially after 20th 60's. It already threatens to the human survival and the safe. Terrorism crime of Central Asia is serious day by day, threating the peace of central Asian countries. Under this situation, the SCO has played an important role in attacking terrorism crime.As one member of SCO ,how to perfect the domestic criminal law,simultaneously , how consummates the SCO's function of attacking terrorism crime, that is very significant to prevent and attack terrorism crime of Central Asia .This article first introduces general theory of the terrorism crime. Then the author analyses terrorist organizations, present situation ,the characteristics of the terrorism crime in Central Asia,and legal measures and practice to attack terrorism crime taking by the Central Asia countries. In this foundation,the author elaborates legal measures,the existence questions and the suggestion of perfecting the domestic criminal law of our country to attack the terrorism crime . Finally,the author analyses present situation and the problem of SCO,then proposes the suggestion to the SCO to strike against the terrorism crime of Central Asia.
