| With the establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in2006, the Central Asia area has attracted more attention in its international status.After the9/11terrorist attacks,the United States concentrated its global strategy on wars on terrorism.Due to the geographically in Central Asia and the United States adjacent to battles against terrorism,the United States strategy on Central Asia also made an appropriate adjustment.Because of the interests between the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the United States,both of them started to connect with each others.In this paper,large amounts of data collection,literature research,based on a comprehensive research,case studies and other methods on the trend of connections with the United States and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and historical background,main contents and characteristics carried out in-depth study,summarized the meanings,analysis of the substance analysis of its impact.On this basis,that the U.S. policies on the future development trends and China’s Strategy to provide some reasonable suggestions.In this paper,the writer pointed out that for a long period of time the relationships between the United States and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization still showing a relatively stable trend.However,because of the international situation and the existence of many uncertain factors,the relations between the United States and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will not be smoothly going well,we should have a clear understanding and undergo some positive policies safeguarding our interests firmly.On the one hand,we have to strengthen the theoretical innovations and stick to peaceful development and using the harmonious world idea to guide China’s foreign diplomacy;On the other hand,the members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization should make more closely cooperations within this framework,promoting the establishment of a new international political and economical order. |
