| The dependence of the people on work-unit organization reduces unceasingly with Chinese society transforming to market economy especially the labor market being more ordered. But reduction does not imply a subduction, the work-unit people can't realize mobiling freely without shaking off the control of work-unit. In some fields, the state-owned work-unit is following many contents and characteristic of work-unit system. In some exhausted mine area, the staff returned after they went out for another job. Does it hide some unreasonable factors affecting them to choose? The research needs to .answer this question.Based on exchanging theory and authority governing theory, the thesis analyzes the relationship between the influence of work-unit and the staff's behavior. Through the questionnaire investigation and case interview, analysis has come to a conclusion by the comparison to data: The staff went out for. a job but human capital dysfunction happened to them. Therefore the replacing resource outside work-unit had cut down, and it had strengthened the dependence on work-unit organization intensely. Before being out, the staff had aroused "Work-unit Consciousness" because of the resource acquisition in work-unit, their degree of satisfaction and the experiences. "Work-unit Consciousness" strengthened the dependence, on work-unit organization intensely. They decided to return accounting for their dependence on work-unit. The stronger dependence on work-unit, the higher possibility to return as far as the staff concerned. It can be seen that their return behavior is one kind of exchange, which the staff comply with work-unit and exchange resource they expected to acquire from work-unit.It can be found that work-unit's control of its member hasn't disappeared, moreover the strength will continue and be a bit powerful. In modern society, market mechanism is expected to play fundamental role in allocation of resources, giving a member of society to mobile freely depending on his efforts. But "liberty" is not really liberty because it lurks some unreasonable factors. Finally, the research has provided constructive tactics and suggestion for the return staff to realize mobiling freely. |
