The Analysis Of Social Work Agency Service From The Perspective Of Resource Dependence

Social work agencies is a third-party organization betweenthe government and the people, and social work servicesspecially for vulnerable groups to solve the special problemsin growth, lessing the adversity and pressure in life, and toassist them in the acquisition of certain social life skillsto better integrate into society and contribute to the socialconstruction and development. As a carrier of social work, theconstruction and development of the social work agency is ofgreat significance to China’s social development.Currently, the development of China’s social work is notmatuer, and there is not a specific model of social workagencies formed, so social work agencies everywhere are in theexploration. In recent years, under the auspices of the conceptof “efficient administration and mass society”, thegovernment functions have changed, and social work agecies got a rapid development which plays an important role in social lifenow. Traditional ideas, the development of social workagencies are still not satisfactory, because the autonomousoperation of social work agencies is low and there are stillserious administrative tendency in the development process ofagency. But the reasons that cause these problems lies in thelack of resources of social work organizations.This paper takes Qingdao A social work service center asthe object of study, analysing the status of organizationresources, and found the problem exists in the process of socialwork services in the form of case studies, and then find outthe reasons for these problems, finally, putting forwardrelated suggestions to promote the development of social workagencies from the aspects of the government and agencies.
