The Institutional Research Of Community Authority Behavior And Interaction In Post-Unit Society

Along with our country transition from the planned economy system to market economic system,the traditional system of units gradually collapse,community building gradually rise since the 1990 s.But due to the unit system digestion process is slow,the people still depend on the traditional unit of society,our country has entered the phase of the Post-unit society.Community authority as a important force on unified collective action,coordination of community development and integration of community resources,community authority mode of action and interactive effects with community residents has important significance on community development.Through literature review and defining the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of this research,this paper first divided the type of community authority,and then took the typical community in Changchun city as the investigation object,analysed the community authoritative action way and the action effect.And the survey found that the mode of action and effect of community authority in the Post-unit society have certain characteristic,different types of community authority have different effects on the individual level and community level.At last in the framework of institutional theory,this study from the angle of path dependence,unit memory,and institutional space analyzed community authority action and interaction in the Post-unit society.This study found that due to the influence of the unit system deeply,the institutional authority influence community residents is larger.In this regard,this study gave some suggestions aimed at how to shape the community authority in the unit type community construction in order to improve the level of community autonomy.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part: Through literature review,defining the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of this research.The second part: Introduction to the survey profile and research methods.The third part: Discussed the types of community authority in the Post-unit society.In this study,community authority is divided into institutional authority and social authority.The forth part: Analysed different types of community authority in interactions with the community reflects the action mode and effect.The fifth part: Based on the institutional theory,this paper analysed the community authority action in the Post-unit society.
