On Deng Xiaoping's Anti-corruption Thought And Its Significance Of Guidance

Corruption exists in most societies, western societies included, in the history at home and abroad as a social and historical phenomenon, which, in final analysis, is the product of the system and class of exploitation. Furthermore, he never stops the searches for new experience, method and methodology. At present when our country enters a new stage of development, new situations and problems mushrooms confronting anti-corruption, which raises new and high demand for it. Therefore, a good learning and study of Mr. Deng Xiaoping's thought of anti-corruption will play an important role in furthering Party incorruptible construction and anti-corruption theoretically and practically, which in this thesis will be explored.This thesis comprises of three chapters:The first chapter analyzes the formulation of Mr. Deng Xiaoping's anti-corruption. Mr. Deng Xiaoping's anti-corruption, a combination of Marxism's basic principles of anti-corruption and China's anti-corruption practices, comes into being gradually on the basis of anti-corruption lessons and experiences at home and abroad, in particular the practices since the reform and opening up. It views the lessons and experience of pro and con and collective wisdoms of all Party so as to meet the demand of the times under new circumstances, thus sum up and innovate the new theory, which becomes an important part of socialism theory with Chinese characteristics.The second chapter explores the content and guiding significance of Mr. Deng Xiaoping's anti-corruption thought. In addition, he raises on the basis of Mao Zedong's anti-corruption thought, the measures of the system innovation of anticorruption improved by reform, the perfection of law, the supervision on power and the construction of ideology education. In brief, Deng Xiaoping's anti-corruption thought, as an important component of the system renform, is the guarantee of the socialist construction and the key to enhance and improve the Party construction.The third chapter touches upon the third generation of central leaders who have enriched and developed Mr. Deng Xiaoping's anti-corruption thought. Under the new circumstances of history, our Party is faced with problems such as improving leading and ruling ability and anti-corruption task. The third generation of central leaders with Jiang Zemin in its core considers anti-corruption an urgent task of long term, combining the anticorruption with the rise and fall of our country. A series of new related theories and principles have been put forward by the third generation such as"managing the Party strictly before the state", etc. Furthermore, the third generation points out that diversified approaches should be taken to address corruption by combining prevention, striking and supervising, which lays a solid foundation for the anti-corruption task.Anti-corruption is a systematic engineering, which require us not only to realize that it is a long term, hard and complicated task, but also to take multi-measures to enrich and develop the new methodology and policy so as to prevent and fight the corruption. Antic-corruption measures should be seen in every important policy to ally together to contain the corruption. Deng Xiaoping's anti-corruption theory is an important component of the Deng Xiaoping Theory, which stems from the historical experience of anti-corruption at home and abroad and the scientific analysis of the new situation and problems confronting the Party's ethics construction under the new circumstances. It is the most powerful and most effective weapon to fight against corruption, under whose guidance interim fruit of anti-corruption has been yielded.The third generation of central leaders with Jiang Zemin in its core has inherited and developed Deng Xiaoping's thought of anti-corruption. At present Central Committee of the Party with Hu Jingtao as its general secretary has continued to enrich and develop this theory in the new century. The theory of ruling scientifically, democratically and lawfully has been put forward in order to consolidate the ruling position via enhancing the administrative ability of the Party. Therefore, corruption will finally be eliminated in the process of reform and opening up.
