A Study On Officer Salary

Officer Salary is the payment for officers engaging in military labor. As the main source of income , the officer salary which is proved to be the policy question, not only is vital related to the one's interest, but also is affected to the military stabilization and construction. With undergoing many times of reformation, our army income distribution system is improving day by day in structure and standard, and it also contributes to the army's cohesive force and combat effectiveness, which improved the army construction in all-round. However, it is not enough, not only because the income contribution system does not synchronization with the economic growth and the inflation policy, but also because there is a wide gap between the internal and external of income distribution system. Therefore, in order to offer valued countermeasure with the macro-administration of the Central Military Commission, this paper tries to analyze the income distribution system in comprehensive, macrograph and systematic, then it puts forward a proposition in view of attracting resources of human talents.Firstly, this paper introduces the meaning, content, characteristics and the rationale of the officer income distribution system. Secondly, it generalizes conclusion, problem and the reason from the recently officer's income distribution system. Then, it introduces the essential features of the external income distribution system. Finally, in order to solve the problem of the officer's income distribution system, this paper uses the experience of other countries' army income distribution system for reference, and puts forward countermeasure and way to deal with improving our officer's income distribution system.
