Research On The Law And The Implementation Of The Northern Qi Dynasty

In the history of Chinese law, the Northern Qi dynasty is very important.Ten felonys,five penalties,twelve chapters all appears on the Northern Qi dynasty.《The law of the Northern Qi dynasty》is also superior to《the law of he Northern Zhou dynasty》.The advance law of the Northern Qi dynasty dose not make the Northern Qi dynasty strong,The cause is that the chaos implementation of law in the Northern Qi dynasty.It is contrast to the advance law of it.This thesis research on the cause of this phenomenon.The thesis consists of preface,the main body,conclusion and references.In preface,the author points out the importance of this problem and come up with his own point.The main body is composed of three chapters.Chapter one analyses the background and the process of the establishment of the Northern Qi dynasty and the dominative clique of he Northern Qi dynasty.At last,the author makes the conclusion that the dominative clique of he Northern Qi dynasty is mainly composed of six military towns of Xianbei.Chapter two at first analyses the legislation of the Northern Qi dynasty and compares《the law of the Northern Qi dynasty》to《the law of the Northern Zhou dynasty》.We can see that《the law of the Northern Qi dynasty》is also superior to《the law of he Northern Zhou dynasty》.Then research on the cause of this phenomenon.The thesis thinks that the cultural diference of district and the basic policy of Guangzhong is two causes.Chapter three at first expounds the implementation of law on the Northern Qi dynasty.The author makes the conclusion that the implementation of law on the Northern Qi dynasty is very chaos.It is contrast to the the advance law of the Northern Qi dynasty.The causes of this phenomenon are the psychology of six military towns of Xianbei,the inheritance of the culture of Han ethnic group is not synchronistic.At last ,the author makes the conclusion.The author thinks that the advance law of the Northern Qi dynasty dose not make the Northern Qi dynasty strong because of the chaos implementation of law in the Northern Qi dynasty. The causes of this phenomenon are the psychology of six military towns of Xianbei,the inheritance of the culture of Han ethnic group is not synchronistic on the Northern Qi dynasty.
