The Search On The Internal Supervision In System Of Discipline Inspection And Supervision

Nowadays China's discipline inspection and supervision organization has witnessed an escalating progress both in status and influence. Its power is a sort of public power, which mainly consists of supervisory power and executive power. When it comes to range, influence and function, this public power is unparalleled compared with other ones. However, cadres working in discipline inspective and supervisory section lack of self-supervision system, and there are even some clerks who have violated the law. Thus the research on building internal-supervision system within discipline inspective and supervisory department is of great importance.First of all, this thesis defines the internal supervision within discipline inspection and supervision organization. Then, introduces the changes on China's discipline inspection and supervision system as well as its group construction., and expatiates the history of internal supervision problem, and illuminates that it is an objective demand of our time to strengthen the internal supervision. This essay analyses the development track of the internal supervision issue.Secondly, this dissertation construes the status quo of internal supervision of discipline department.Thirdly, a theoretical analysis on the internal supervision problems in discipline department is made, which provides theory evidence for finding solutions to those problems.Finally, this essay analyses the advantages and disadvantages facing the internal supervision, brings forward its own basic construction frame, and also analyses some problems that need to be solved.
