Recently, perceived usefulness, confirmation of expectation following prior use and user satisfaction constructs have been considered important in determining the individual's continuing use of webs. The purpose of this paper is to propose a model to examine how do these factors affect users'intention to continue using e-government network applications. Specifically, the proposed model separates users'confirmation of expection and satisfaction constructs into two sub-constructs including usefulness expection satisfaction confirmation and ease of use expection satifaction confirmation. At same time, other two factors-trustness and substitude cost-is brought into the reasearch, eight research hypotheses derived form the model will benefit the poerator of the e-government network from the result of the empirical research.First, the systems of the index and the questionnaire for pilot study are formed on the base of relative literature meanwhile, the reliability and validity of the systems of the index are analyzed, and form the questionnaire for large sample.Next, by investigating to 186 academician, the results suggest that usefulness expection satisfaction confirmation and ease of use expection satifaction confirmation and trustness determine the users'continuance intention include, especially, the trustness is determinant. In addition, service quality and web quality have significant impact on the continuance intention, and the subsititude cost's effection is less.Finally, some suggestion are put forward on the base of the result of the empirical research.
