With the development of economic globalization and regional integration, the comprehensive strength of China has sharply increased. Now, China has become one of the most powerful countries in the international society. The way to identify the international role of China is also the way to join the intemational regimes. In this course, the national psychology as one of the most prominent features of nation, which is also a unavoidable factor has influenced the formulation of china's foreign policies and the participation to the international regimes indirectly. On the birth of P.R.C, as it was supposed the international regimes served for the imperialism and power politics, the attitude of China is doubtful and hateful. China did its utmost to resist it. But nowadays, with the remarkable promotion of China's international role, China is no longer the invader in the most countries' eyes. On the contrary, China is welcomed and expected to play the dominant role of the international regimes in the intemational society. At present, China has become an active advocator to the international regimes, especially after the establishment of Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which symbolizes the transformation of China's role from an active participator to an advocator in the international regimes.The study is trying to analysis the cognitive needs of China in the participation to the international regimes form the eyes of national psychology. In the paper, it's not only aimed to structure the "national (State) ---level psychological needs hypothesis", which is oriental form "Maslow's individual psychological needs theory", to analyze the national psychological needs course for China in the participation to the international regimes, but also aimed to forecast the future and the general trends of China's participation to the international regimes through the analysis above. It's also the true sense of this study.From the psychological especially, the national psychological view, to analyze the mentality needs for China in the participation to the international regimes is the creation of this study. The basic model for "national (State) ---level psychological needs hypothesis" is "Maslow's individual psychological needs theory", .From the eyes of national psychology, through the structure of hypothesis to analyze the China's participation to the international regimes and forecast it's future, which will supply the analysis evident on the formulation of china's foreign policies from the different angle. The study is not only good for the cross——discipline research, but also helpful to deepen the realization of inner-reasons for China's participation to the international regimes. So, it has supply a different angle to analyze the formulation of china's foreign policies, which will be pretty useful on the formulation of an comprehensive foreign policies.
