Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), founded in 2001, is a internationalmultilateral cooperation organization and meanwhile is the only one governmentalorganization by naming of China' city. Since its establishment, Shanghai CooperationOrganization has made great and fruitful development; however, there are lots ofproblems existed in it, and the most typical presentation of them is that, the newinteraction state of China, USA and Russia in Central Asia causes tremendous effectson China's strategic intention, longed for accomplishing though SCO. Especially, thenegative influences attract our more attention, such as, the decreasing cohesive forceof SCO, China's Central Asia' Strategy damaged by some great Powers, and theimpacted Regional Economic Cooperation of SCO, so it will be worthy of moreattention and study. Facing those current and new situations, China needs adjustingits strategy immediately and taking corresponding measures.
