India' s Economy has been keeping fast development since Rao Government carried out the Reform policy in the 1990s, and even faster in the new Millennium. With the development of India's Economy and enhancement of its national power, India's international status and international influence has been forced and raised. India's international role has undergoing the transformation from the second-class powerful nation to the rising Grand Power of the world. Under this new role, India's diplomatic strategy brings great effects on not only regional security but also the international pattern being formed.This dissertation elaborates the enhancement of India' s international status on perspectives of Economy, military and diplomatic policy and makes a proper localization and judgment for India. This dissertation also elaborates the relations between India and main great powers and the possible trend of the bilateral relations with those great powers. This dissertation concludes the inevitable choice of India's diplomacy, on basis of the transformation of international role's effect on its diplomacy, India's external environment and its traditional and realistic interests and eventually, this dissertation refers to the response of China to India.
