After the cold war, the world situation began to produce new changes. The breaks of traditional national security strategy ask for the establishment of brand new security thinking and strategy. The America, as the only superpower in the world since the cold war and relying on its own unique advantage of location,practice the Unilateralism strategy which charactered by maintain the balance in the APAC and keep check and balance between China and India. In this course, American attempts to preserve its interest appeals in APAC by the border issues and the strategy game of chess in Indian Ocean between China and India.The happening of 9.11 make native American suffered a heavy blow and the America have to reorientation its traditional geopolitical security strategy. After the 9.11, the United States increasingly dependent on China and India in the way of anti-terrorism, energy passage and economic development and so on. What's more, China and India's geopolitical strategic is importance and special. After the 9.11 they both put the economic development and improve their own comprehensive national strength as their essential starting point of strategic choice. Because all of these, Americans are beginning to realize the disadvantages of the traditional security strategy, and gradually realize the important function of self guarding by extensive cooperation in the scope of the major countries in the world. In the guidance of this police the American began to adjust its long-term APAC geopolitical strategy, while maintaining the traditional strategy of balance, while beginning to cooperation with China and India in anti-terrorism, regional security issues, economic cooperation and so on.we may say, the direction of interactive relationship among America China and India will largely determine the future strategic pattern and the international system toward. Especially after the 9.11, all different countries have never been so consistent in terms of common interests of security. The mutual interdependence increased significantly. The United States China and India should change the traditional" zero-sum game" thinking and in opposite turn to seek a "win-win" mode and with a new security concept to promote one's own new development.
