The terrorism attack of September 11 is one of the extreme cases of the clash. This thesis tries to take the case of the relations between European Muslim community and the native community of this area as a constructive sample for searching feasible ways to building harmonious relations between the two great civilizations. With the literature research approach and the sampling approach, the thesis first analyzes how the Muslims in Europe make good use of the local political and social resources to protect their legal rights, then tries to research the clashes between the Muslims community and the native community, the internal and international causes of these clashes.
