Research On The Non-CPC Intellectuals' Political Participation On The New Stage

Political participation is one fundamental characteristic of the modern politics civilization. Through wild political participation, people can put effect on political affairs, which is an important difference between tradition and modern society. Through political participation, not only can Non-CPC intellectuals express their wills to government and appeal to the government behavior accord with the public opinions, but also can they learn knowledge about democracy, skills and civism which an indispensable factor for the modern democracy.At the first, this paper introduces the basic theories of the political participation and the Non-Party intellectuals. Non-CPC intellectuals are important main body in our country's political participation for a long time. Non-CPC intellectuals hold more knowledge so that they have a great advantage over any other stratum. They have the strong political consciousness, the strong ability in participation, the high participation fervency, and the degree of the effective participation is also high. They play an important role in the Chinese democracy construction. On the new stage, under a lot of new conditions, such as the establishment and development of the socialistic market economy, the expansion of opening policy and the reform of educational system are thoroughly carrying out. Some new characteristics have appeared in the Non-Party intellectuals' political participation. It will have an important impart on the economic, the social and the political field. How to understand this political phenomenon and how to enlargement their orderly political participation is one of the extremely important and urgent subjects. Then, the necessity of the Non-CPC intellectuals' political participation, the restraint factors of the Non-Party intellectuals' political participation are analyzed in this paper. Lastly, the countermeasure for the Non-CPC intellectuals' political participation on the new stage is put forward. Through the comprehensive analysis, an effective route to the political development and the development of Chinese political modernization is explored in this paper, in order to mobilize the positivity of the Non-CPC intellectuals' political participation, strengthen to grasp the theories and practice of the Non-Party intellectuals' political participation, and promote the construction of the socialist harmonious society.
