The relations had been corresponded or not influenced the foundation of law theories, for instance, the spritual principles, human nature and law; the emperor, liegeman, common people and law; the rule of Rite and law; the intention, lordliness and law. However, many works of history of physilosophy and thought told Jin Legist belonged to the school of Legist excepting for Qi Legist or writed in a way. Zhang Dainian actually denoted that Guanzi also blonged to Legist in Pre-qin, and it was a large amount. So that the theories of law in Guanzi was meritorious even in modern society.
