The Legal System Investgation Of Our Country's Social Pension Insurance In The Countryside

China is a developing country dominated by rural population which occupies 63.91% of the total. Among the aged population in the whole country, the aged people in the countryside occupies 75%, which shows heavy pressure in the aging of population in the countryside. According to the international experience, modern countries should establish social pension insurance system 20 years before the coming of the peak of aging population, otherwise, it will influence the development of social economic and even lead to critical social problem. Comprehensively surveyed our country's present situation in the rural pension problem, I believed that the guarantee profession urgent needs to formulate the special legal to adjust and manage so that to solve "three agricultural problems" and improve agricultural economy and social progress. The thesis started from the economic of market in the countryside, utilized the theory of the science of law, and learned useful experiences from Pension insurance of developed countries combined with the basic research of our country, from the view of law, set the rural pension insurance in the contradiction, connection and development of economic life in China's society to be analysed and studied systematical, specifying the necessity and feasibility to establish and perfect the rural social pension insurance system, through taking the mode of respective legislation and building the system of the city and countryside united, seeking after and designing a practically ever-lasting social pension insurance system is an important guarantee of setting theories for the legislation on the pension insurance in the countryside.
