Analysis On The Important Influence Factors Of New Countryside Construction In The West Side Of The Staits

The general target of building New Socialist Countryside on the West Side of the Straits is to conduct it simultaneously with the modernization and well-off society construction, as well as set up a new wealthy, democratic, civilized and harmonious countryside on the West Side of the Straits. The influencing factor, problem and corresponding conutermeasure in the construction of New Socialist Countryside on the West Side of the Straits were discussed by the methods of reference analysis and combining theory with practice in this paper. And then the roles of agricultural science technology, farmers' subjectivity and government-dominated were analysized in the construction of New Socialist Countryside on the West Side of the Straits. The results showed that there must be pay more attention on the dominant role of the farmers and government's leading functions in the construction of New Socialist Countryside on the West Side of the Straits. The relationship between the government leading function and the farmers-subject-position, the relationship between the agricultural science technology and the farmers-subject-position were clearly analysized to show government-dominated, farmers' subjectivity and science technology' application were the three main guidelines in the construction of New Socialist Countryside on the West Side of the Straits. This research would be benefit much for the construction of Economic Zone on the West Side of the Straits.
