The Japan-US alliance is one of the most important bilateral relations in the world. As a result of the Cold-War, it should come to its end and become history. However, it gets adjustments, developments and reinforcements continually as well as becoming globalization during the post-cold war's ten years. With China's peace rising suddenly, the main target that Japan-US alliance aims at turns to China, Not only is China placed in the place of latent opponent in regional politics, but also the national benefits of China subjected to the influence of Japan-US alliance. It has been a significant theoretical and actual task in recognizing Japan-US alliance completely and exploring valid method and step to protect the national benefits.Based on reality and guided by Maxism dialectical and historical materialism, the thesis uses analystic methods of comparison, induction and deduction . Under the principle of historicity and integrity, the thesis explores the changing process of Japan-US alliance microscopically and globally and summarizes new characteristics of the changes of Japan- US alliance relationship. The thesis also reveals the internal and external causes of the changes of Japan- US alliance relationship, systematically analyzes its radiative influences on Chinese border security and puts forwards corresponding and reasonable contermeasures.
