Because our country adjoins the world two biggest narcotics habitats—golden triangle and golden new moon, the drug-related crime question is increasingly prominent. This article tries to explore and use the international anti-drug conventions and the international advanced legislative measures to punish drug dealers for reference, its purpose is to make up for the legislative and judicial flaws in the aspect of punishment for drug-related crimes in our country, to severely attack the drug-related crimes in our country, and to develop extensively judicial cooperation with the international anti-drug community with a view to curbing drug-related crimes, and finally leading to the total elimination of the harm of drugs to benefit all mankind.The main content of this thesis is as follows,In the first chapter, the thesis first explores the concept of drug-related, and then make analysis and comparison of the history, current situation and causes of the drug-related crimes between international and our country.In the second chapter, it reviews the legislative history of the International Narcotics Convention and introduces the means of the identification and punishment of drug-related crimes. Furthermore, it explores the legislative overviews and its characteristics to punish drug-related crimes in the international community.In the third chapter, the thesis searches for the merits and drawbacks in the aspect of legislation of punishment for the drug-related crimes in our country and analyses and contrasts the legislative situations of punishment for the drug-related crimes between international and China.In the fourth chapter, from the identification and punishment of drug-related crimes, the thesis uses the International Narcotics Convention and overseas advanced legislative and judicial practice and experience for reference to make proposals on some problems of legislative and judicial practice of punishment for the drug-related crimes in our country. In the fifth chapter, according to the regulations on judicial cooperation of the international anti-drug in the International Narcotics Convention, the thesis outlines China's participation in the international anti-drug cooperation and put forward the concrete measure to strengthen and improve the international judicial anti-drug cooperation in or country.
