This is a momentous decision having great strategy meanings. In human society, sexual relations are the most fundamental relation among pepole. Sex harmony and economy harmony, stratum harmony, nation harmony , area harmony , generation harmony , organism harmony etc. are the same important conditions to realize harmonious society, it's also the inherent request of building an overall well-to-do society.The main body of the article guided with guiding principle about woman problem research of great proletariat revolutionary teachers Marx and Angels , through the research of analyzing the present developmental situation of sex disharmony in China, following close the step of building harmonious society of socialism, exploring the harmonious approach of building sex harmony. Harmony is the unity of opposites concerning objective relation , harmony of relation. Sex harmony is opposite to sex contradiction and sex opposite, referring to sex relation mainly. Realizing and boosting sex harmony has decisive significance to realize harmonious society of socialism, but it is not easy. Disharmonious phenomenon of sex still can be seen everywhere in society now. The phenomenon of sex disharmony has a developing trend even under market economy condition. Therefore, analysis ,studying and bringing forward corresponding solving of disharmonious problem on sex disharmony carries out great importance to construction of our harmonious socialism society.The author has analyzed the fact of current situation of sex disharmony , has discovered the present Chinese sex disharmony epitomizing in the field of political, economy, thought and culture , sex concept etc., has brought forward the adjustment and adaption measures later specifically for the social problem that the sex disharmony brings about, has adopted measures in the field of system , policy , law etc., abolish the tradition sex concept "thinking that women are inferior to men " ,establish the correct sex value, construct advanced society sex culture, improve women's quality, bring positive role of women's organization into play further, bring harmonious consciousness of social sex into country policy and decision-making main current , take sex harmony as fundamentad value target, create the impartial , equal , harmonious society sex environment , promote harmonious , equal development of amphiprotic , and contribute the respective strength to structure a harmonious society of socialism.There are three parts in the articleIn part I ,I discuss the position and effect of sex harmony in founding harmonious society of socialism . First , I analyse the concept of sex harmony , then I analyse harmony and sex harmony ,sex difference and sex harmony and sex harmony and sex equality. I introduce connotation , characteristic and developing trend of sex harmony in theory.Then I explain sex harmony's important position and effect in founding harmonious society of socialism: Sex harmony is the necessity of structuring harmonious society; sex harmony is an important condition to realize harmonious society; A necessary demand of ascertain scientific developmental perspective all round , boost economy and society coordinated growth and the overall development of human beings; A prerequisite for realizing impartial fairness of society; sex harmony is beneficial to develop female human resources, strengthen the whole society's creative ability; the degree of sex harmony and the standard of women development is an important sign of a civilized progressive society.In second part I analyse present situation and cause of sex disharmony in China in present age . In this part, I analyse the field of disharmonious phenomenon and point out existence of the problem firstly: The female hobble in the respect of occupying social resources and assigning the society income, thus leading to their social position's coming down unceasingly in the economic field ;In political field , women can't enjoy enough sufficient political right, society sex's bringing into decision-making main current make slow progress. Female's educational level is lower than the male , causing a few women to be caught in "the Matthew effect " disadvantageous circulation in the overall education field ; In the field of human being 's reproduction, population birth sex is compared to the grave unbalance , having the possibility of aggravating further unequal society sex relation; About thirty percent of women suffer from family violence in the field of family life , traditional view of sex still becomes deeply ingrained in the ideology and culture , bringing negative influence to sex equality of our country.In part three I put forward solution to promote women and men's full scale development unceasingly and structure harmonious society of socialism. For harmonious development of sexual relations, we should bring amphoteric respective advantage into play in the course of structuring harmonious society of socialism, we ought to take effective measures to promote sex harmony, such as: Further perfect common policy , make great efforts to realize the unity of woman development and the harmony of society; Strengthen sex mental consciousness , improve female's participation proportion in government and political affairs; Bring law guarantee effect into play , drive amphiprotic harmonious development; Bring policy's regulating and controlling effects into play , push forward amphiprotic harmonious development; build promoting long harmonious sex effect mechanism , form the harmonious social environment of sex; Set up the scientific sex concept , build sex cultural environment for amphiprotic harmonious development; Improve the female's ability , build equal complementary cooperation sex relation ; Give full scope to women's organization , defend woman rights and interests , promote equality of men and women.
