Probing On Resumption And Appraisal System For Representatives Of The People's Congress At The County And Township Level

The System of People's Congress is a fundamental political system in China and it has basic difference and superiority compared with capitalism parliamentary system. However, China is on the primary stage of socialism and could not give full scope to its advantages of the System of People's Congress. So on one aspect we must persist in taking economy construction as center and improve the economy development level, on the other aspect we must further insist on and perfect the System of People's Congress to meet the needs of social development. Representative is the main part of People's Congress and is an important embodiment of the People's Congress system. How the representatives take their duties has a direct bearing on the characteristic, position and functions of the People's Congress. In this dissertation from the angle of how the representatives take their duties, the author talks about how the representatives should strengthen their consciousness and duties so that to better play the function of representatives and better insist on and perfect the People's Congress system.There are 6 parts in this paper on the study probing on resumption and appraisal System for representatives: Chapter 1:Introduction.To point out the importance of insisting on and perfecting the People's Congress system, in order to explain background of the research and to introduce the basis of choice the subject. To raise that resumption and appraisal for representatives of the People's Congress at the county and township level are still at the initial stage, so the research has both theoretical significance and practical significance.To introduce the research thoughts and methods.Chapter 2: Summary on resumption and appraisal system for representatives of the People's Congress.To outline the connotation of resumption and appraisal system for representatives of the People's Congress in three aspects.
