Study Of Construction Of The Countryside Grassroots Constitution Of The Party On The Background Of The Socialistic New Countryside Construction

The eleventh five-year plan of our country is the key period in the process of the socialistic new countryside construction, It's has been proved in the past several years that the development of countryside must be based on the construction of the countryside grassroots constitution of the party. Because the countryside grassroots constitution of the party is the basic leadership of farmers to build their hometowns. The party organization is the core of the countryside grassroots constitution of the party.
