Research Of The Project Of Selecting Village Ofifcials Among University Graduates In The Socialistic New Countryside

It is important that the project of Selecting Village Officials amongUniversity Graduates being one ring of the socialistic new countrysideconstructing cause. Member of CPPCC Dong Jingwei once said:“universityofficials have wide point of view, their participant is helpful for thedemocratic constructing socialistic new countryside cause.” The projectpromotes every part of the socialistic new countryside cause; however, tillnow the progress of the project around the country is not synchronized.Among all the Ethnic minority area the project in the rural area of InnerMongolia is typical. Therefore base on the systemic analysis on the projectof Selecting Village Officials among University Graduates in Xlinhot mythesis put forward some suggestions to it.The research about the project will be divided into three parts.For the first part is introduction and relative basic theory. Theintroduction mainly discussed the background and the significance of theresearch; introduced the methods which have been used in the thesis. In thetheory introduction I analyzed the domestic research progress, introducedthe history and explained the definitions of Selecting Village Officialsamong University Graduates.The second part is about the present progress of the project. First Imade detailed survey about the Selecting Village Officials among UniversityGraduates project of Xilinhot and the relative policies and the graduatedvillage officials working situations. Second I stated some importantproblems which graduated village officials have been facing.The third part I suggest to improve the mechanism of selectingSelecting Village Officials among University Graduates, enhance training,make graduates identify themselves and willing to stay in the pastoral area.Specify their duty improve examine mechanism, and offer some ideas about the future.Hope the thesis would be helpful for government to make friendlypolicies in the future, and hope it would offer suggestions for SelectingVillage Officials among University Graduates.
