Theory Of Marx's Labour Liberation And Contemporary Significance

Labor liberation is an important dimension of the human liberation, it is internally consistent with the human liberation and act as a fundamental role and status in the human liberation. However, the academic community talked too much on the latter, but little on the former. This paper tries to use the method of text analysis and systematically analyse the Marxism labor liberation theory in order to obtain the better understanding of the essence of Marxism philosophy and guide the practice of our human to make some contributions.This paper is divided into four parts.Part I, there is the introduction, which expatiates on reasons of this title's selection and the status quo of the study Marxist labor liberation theory. Current studies of scholars of the Marxist labor liberationg are very few, and lack of systematic, concealed by the theory of human liberation. This paper attempts to protrude the position and role of Labor liberation.The second part is the historical formation of the Marxism labor liberation theory of the liberation. And this part describes the process that Marx's understanding of labor continuously grows deeper, from the Alienated Labor Theory to the integration of the concept of practice and the labor, from the eradication of alienated labor and the realization of labor liberation to the founding of Communism, which makes the labor itself become the prime living needs of human being.The third part of the main contents of the Marxist labor liberation theory, and this part expounds on the relationship between the labor liberation, the human liberation the connotation and the way of the labor liberation. The labor liberation includes two kinds of liberation on two levels, natural and social. On the natural level is to develop productive forces, which is mainly embodied in the development of producing tools. The liberation on the social level is to get rid of division and the system of privation. The two kinds of liberation on the natural level and the social level are complementary to each other.The fourth part is the contemporary significance of the Marxist labor liberation theory. There are four main points in this part: First, Non-humanitarian humanity. Marxism is not a "see things, but nobody." but is full of humanistic care and humane; meanwhile it effectively rejected slanders, to Marxist, of the Western capitalistic scholars. Second, upgrade the main of Labor liberation. insisting on the strategy of upholding our country through science and educatoin to improve qualities and skills of workers and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of laborers, creating the conditions for the labor liberation in the subject dimension. The third , Labor liberation is the important reason of China's participation in the globalization .identify the essence of globalization,run for profits, keep off dangers and speed up development. Fourth, the liberation of labor is a historical process,we must uphold the unitation of the ideal and the reality, we can not give up ideals, and can not be divorced from reality, must accumulate conditions for the liberation of labor in the continuous development.
