Educational training of cadres is the basis of the construction of high-quality cadres and strategic projects, which is an important way to strengthen the constructions of both the Party’s governance capability and advanced nature, meanwhile, which takes an irreplaceable role in the course of developing the socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is the key for perfoming cadre education well to analyze and resolve problems during the period. Theoretically speaking, to research the education of the middle-aged and young cadres could enrich the content and theory of adult education in China. At the same time, in the educational field, the study of middle-aged and young cadres education could expand the horizons of the educational theory. Practically speaking, this study will help to improve the effectiveness for middle-aged and young cadres education in Wuhai city, and provide a certain reference for the cadres’ educators.This study understands deeply the main problems and analyze in the educational training of middle-aged and young cadres through the approach of extensive questionnaire in Wuhai city, proposes the suggestions such as changes to deepen the concept of educational training, improve the training management system, innovate methods of educational training and mobilize middle-aged and young cadres actively involved in educational training to provide with practical solutions for improving the level of middle-aged and young cadres in Wuhai. This thesis uses empirical research methods in the basis of the questionnaire and interview survey, analyze the problems which exist in Wuhai and predict to afford some lessons for middle-aged and young cadres education in Wuhai.
