The Evaluation Reasearch Of Ideological And Political Education For Brigades And Regiments

The ideological and political education is the political advantage of our army, and it is a fundamental,basic and long-term work. Today,the army's ideological and political education evalution has some problems, such as fuzzy evalution content, varied evalution criteria, single evalution agency and simple evalution methods, which have a serious influence on the evalution's function as a "baton" and the science development of the army's ideological and political construction. It is a realistic pressing work that researching the ideological and political education evaluation method,it is also an objective requirement to develop political work.This paper attempted to process a top-level design and analysis on the ideological and political education evaluation, with the army's mission, using the idea of systems engineering, it has started with the the corps' ideological and political education evaluation's actuality, took apart it's resource from concept,mechanism and technology, used evolutionary game theory to find it's sticking point, and then established a "Four in One" model, used agilely the theory of project management to think over the evaluation criteria,evaluation mechanism,evaluation content and evaluation methods. Grasped externalization and reserve modality of the corps' ideological and political education. we have focused on the army's ideological and political education evaluation content, analysed deeply the form of ideological and political education, and raveled the internal relations between the ideological and political education and the soldier's action,extended the ideological and political education evaluation to all aspects, and a new evaluation index system was established to lead and power the ideological and political teaching staff to gain a better effect. We have strived to explore the army's ideological and political education evalution methods,combined self-evaluation and other-evaluation,brought the exam results of military affairs,logistics,equipment into the evaluation result, and then processed qualitative and quantitative evaluation to the ideological and political education effect with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to let the ideological and political education evaluation become scientific and quantitative.
