As the main service of our army,The army is the main land warfare. Recent years, due to the constant change of the international and domestic situation, there are different the evaluations on status of army, and because of the one-child policy of long-term,quality of army troops have a downward trend. There is high the one-child ratio,and the environment adaptability of new recruits and psychology to bear ability are generally low in the new recruits of army. With domestic scholars study showed that 74.1% of the recruits have adjustment disorder in training, interpersonal relationship in life, and with 36.4% of recruits suggests that has a tendency to escape military training. The army chiefs will always focus on a major problem on the officers and soldiers of mental health problems. Therefore, to strengthen the army recruits’ mental health education under the new situation; to explore the new ways and methods of psychological health education about our army recruits; to maintain our army officers and soldiers’ mental health level, are of great significance to improve battle effectiveness. This study focuse on the army recruits psychological health problems based on military psychology, experimental psychology, education psychology, management and other related disciplines theory, using literature method, questionnaire survey, field investigation method, expert interview method to research on army recruits’ characteristics of psychological healthy development and education strategy. Through questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation, we explore the army recruits psychological health development at different stages.Through questionnaire investigation and discussion to learn the army recruits psychological health education needs and psychological backbone of the current work. Through literature retrieval, expert consultation and field investigation, we build new recruits psychological health education system.Through expert consultation, using the analytic hierarchy process, we construct evaluation index system of army recruits psychological health education, validation and evaluation practice. The full text is divided into seven parts:The first part is introduction.It Mainly introduced the research background, research purpose and meaning, the main content and method, the definition of basic concepts, and the main research technical route.Based on Literature review at home and abroad about the recruits research status of mental health and mental health education, we puts forward the significance of this study to define the concept, design the research thinking and technical route.The second part is the army recruits’ psychological characteristics of healthy development. Through learning the different stages of mental health and personality, coping styles and social support on army recruits during JiXunQi,we understand the mental health development characteristics of the different stages of training recruits, clarify the army recruits psychological law of development, the general characteristics and periodic characteristics. According to characteristics of the mental health development of new recruits, we put forward army recruits psychological problems need to be solved.The third part of the research is the army recruits ’psychological health education needs. Through the sampling questionnaire survey, understand the army recruits’ needs for mental health education method, time, personnel, etc. Through the sampling questionnaire survey, understand the psychological backbone work at the grass-roots units and provide mental health services. Based on the analysis of the above investigation, we can learn the specific needs of psychological health education in the education system, education time and education content, education method, people on education,education supervision etc on the army recruits.The fourth part we put forward the army recruits’ the goal and the content of psychological health education. Put forward the ultimate goal of psychological health education on the army recruits and three different dimensions of the target. Put forward the world outlook and outlook on life education and basic common sense, adaptability, self-esteem, and achievement motivation, resistance ability and creation ability, self awareness and emotional self-regulation, interpersonal relationship, sex education and marriage of education content on eight aspects.The fifth part we put forward the army recruits’ principle, method and way of mental health education. Put forward the political priority, attaches the great importance to the main body, full participation, comprehensive optimization, resource integration, healthy development, practical verification and strictly confidential eight principles. Put forward the information acquisition method, knowledge infusion method, environmental training method, the group psychological training, peer counseling, psychological counseling and psychotherapy six kinds of methods. Propose courses in mental health education, mental health education of infiltration in practice, by optimizing the environment to strengthen the mental health education, to carry out psychological counseling and guidance.The sixth part is the construction of army recruits mental health education system. On the basis of literature and expert interview, field investigation by army troops, we put forward the theoretical framework of army recruits mental health education system, the architecture including organization management system, operation system, education, personnel selection and training system, psychological crisis prevention and intervention evaluation feedback system, the social support system and have carried on the detailed components within the system.The seventh part is the construction of evaluation index system of army recruits’ mental health education.Considering model ecology pattern, mental health education evaluation can be divided into personal effects, organizational effectiveness and auxiliary effect of three levels. Through expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process, construct the evaluation index system consists of three level indicators, 9 secondary index and 30 tertiary index. By cluster sampling two organizational system of all the new recruits in army to set up the experimental and control group, in order to study empirically the evaluation index system.The next we will verify the effectiveness of the mental health education system in the armed forces on a large scale, further will perfect the system construction. Thus we can provide better policy advice and practical guidance.
