The development trend of world economy brings not only good chances, but also great challenges for Chinese economic and enterprises' development at the beginning of 21 century. In the face of the chances and challenges, Chinese enterprises grasp world economic development's pulse and make out two fundamental transfers decidedly, one of which is transferring economic increscent mode, i.e. economic increscent mode should transfer from sweeping increscent mode of high waste and low benefit to intensivism increscent mode of low waste and high benefit. In other words, economy should increase with high quality and benefit. Technique innovation is the original drive of economic increase, and product innovation is the core and main representative form of technique innovation, therefore, leading the development of product innovation along the right road becomes very important. Now, the research of product innovation design, especially the conception design of product innovation, has already become the research emphasis in technique innovation research fields. However, the evaluation of product innovation hasn't gained high attention, and say nothing of researching it systematically and roundly. These directly caused the blindness in choosing and implementing product innovation projects, reduced the probability of the success of product innovation projects, wasted enterprises' human resources, material resources and finance resources , and counteracted enterprises' development smoothly.This paper discusses the connotation of integrated evaluation of product innovation project, brings forward the system structure of integrated evaluation of product innovation project based on fuzzy theory, analyses the basic index system of integrated evaluation of product innovation project, constitutes the conception model and mathematics model of integrated evaluation of product innovation project based on fuzzy theory ,and finally exploits prototype system ,offers necessary assistance to the choice and implement of product innovation project.In this paper, the following tasks have been accomplished:(1)Concluding the research status of product innovation and product innovation evaluation systematically, and discussing the connotation and characteristic ofintegrated evaluation of product innovation project.(2)Constituting the system structure of integrated evaluation of product innovation project based on fuzzy theory on the base of researching fuzzy theory, especially Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE), Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) and project evaluation.(3)Constituting the basic index system of integrated evaluation of product innovation project through AHP, and offering the necessary reference of integrated evaluation of concrete product innovation project.(4)Introducing Delphi Method and its' basic steps, constituting the conception model of integrated evaluation of product innovation project based on fuzzy theory, and also constituting the mathematics model of integrated evaluation of product innovation project through FCE and AHP.(5)Developing a suit of prototype system of integrated evaluation of product innovation project based on fuzzy theory, and validating the above research fruits.
