Research On Design And Evaluation Of Target System About Core Competence In Port Corporations

With the increment of foreign trade and the development of domestic economy, with publishment of "The port law of The People's Republic of China", port corporations face a very brighter future. Under the environment of these, the author set up target system of core competence about port corporations to appraise, direct and control the activities of port corporations.Starting with researching the core competence of corporations, the paper describes the concept of the core competence. Then through the analyse about the target system and judgment model of core competence, the author presents a fuzzy comprehensive judgment model on the basis of particular characteristic about port corporations. Finally, the author carries out achievement evaluation of our port corporations with this system and draws some contusions.
