Research On The Post-evaluation Of The Benefits Of The Relocation Project Of A Township

The relocation of poor people from inhospitable areas is an important means of poverty alleviation.It is a project of poverty alleviation by governments at all levels to help poor people move from poor homes and cut their roots.It plays an important role in improving the living conditions of poor households,promoting the development of industries and improving the rural ecological environment.However,there are still some problems that are often ignored in the implementation of inhospitable poverty alleviation relocation project in China,and a set of perfect management process has not been established to reflect the real benefits after the completion of the project.Therefore,we need to take the post-evaluation of the benefits of the relocation of the inhospitable areas as an important link in the relocation of the inhospitable areas,and use the intuitive and accurate post-evaluation of the benefits to reflect the overall effectiveness and deficiencies of the relocation of the inhospitable areas,so as to effectively promote the sustainable development of the relocation project.This paper takes A town as the object of study,evaluates and studies the implementation effect of the poverty alleviation relocation work in insusceptible areas,finds out the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions accordingly.Firstly,the thesis combs domestic and foreign literature,summarizes the current research status of poverty alleviation relocation in inhospitable areas,and clarifies relevant concepts and theories on this basis.Second,simple introduced the basic situation of tile cross the country move and change of poverty alleviation and development present situation,and then based on the change of relocation of the existing research literature,the current research direction,through to the tile won cross the country to move by inputting tent card poor questionnaires,field interviews and in-depth five relocation sites,obtain first-hand research data.Combined with local actual situation,constructs the change of relocation after comprehensive benefit evaluation index system for poverty alleviation,identified from the economic,social,ecological and political four aspects to cross the country makes an analysis of the change of relocation benefits,invite local personnel familiar with the change of the relocation project to score more important degree index,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine evaluation index weights,and then combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of crossing the comprehensive benefits before and after the change of the relocation project for poverty alleviation is calculated and analyzed.The research and analysis show that the implementation of A Relocation project has achieved very satisfactory results,and the comprehensive benefits have been improved well,among which the ecological benefits and political benefits have been improved significantly,while the economic benefits have increased slowly compared with other indicators.Finally,according to the problems found in the comprehensive benefit evaluation of the relocation of A township,the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward for the relocation of poverty alleviation in A Township.
